Be a Stress-free Kid!

I am so tired and and My workplace is really stressful for me! I am not happy with my life and I am totally frustrated!
These are common phrases which we often use to express that we are not in a good mood and mind is totally juggled up with the word ‘Stress’. Before giving some positive solutions, I would like to mention some facts on how stress really affects one’s life:
- Stress is a silent killer: It does not destroy you only mentally but physically too!
- Women experience more stress than men throughout their life. They likely suffer from heart disease more.
- People who died silently which we called silent heart attack, studies show that they were victims of stress, and they used to keep the stress inside.

I know these facts may give you more Stress, but there is always a need to put a stop to things which make our mind, body and emotions weak. One should always know where and when to stop taking the Stress because over-stress never helps. So, here are the top 5 ideas those would definitely help you to control the Stress:

  1. Vent out: The best way is to release your Stress by venting it out, talk to your sister, spouse and your dear friends. If this does not work for you, then take a break or go out or do exercise. This would really help your mind to calm, but do find something to vent it out. Don’t have those stressed feelings inside, they would not let you grow.
  2. Speak up: If you dont feel right about anything and it’s continuously meddling with you, then you need to speak for yourself. Nobody can save you from the attack of an offender, you’re the only one who can control that attack and take a stand for yourself. However, if the offender does not get you usually, then ignore him/her. You can’t put their verbal attacks on your heart every time. This way, you will feel strong and confident, and also would try to ignore those offenders.
  3. Meditate and Exercise: These are the keys to keep yourself healthy and wealthy. Meditation clears the negative energies and creates positive layers near you. The more you meditate, layers become thick and hard to break. Exercise makes you energetic, and your body remains in shape every time. This doesn’t only give confidence, but it also increases ones’ potential to bear the weight of words, problems and challenges in life.(saying it metaphorically)
  4. Learn to say Stop: If your mind is fed up from people or keep on thinking the past events. Then, you should learn to say Stop to your mind. Train your mind and teach it that Stress is not healthy, and talk to yourself that you are not in a state to take more of this. A Stop word is necessary to stop the negative and past problems.
  5. Awareness of Good Stress: One should know the difference between good and bad stress . Good stress is like an alarm which gets triggered after the completion of one task and beginning of another task. This alarm you set it down and it Rings on time, and you again set it for another task. It helps you to not procrastinate your work and complete the deadlines before the time goes out. There are several other things on which a person should take Stress and Take an action, for instance: Setting up a good career, Building decent wealth for family, Completing education, Thinking about anniversary and birthday gifts for spouse and many more. These are some instances where you need to Think> Stress >Achieve >Complete them. So, the key to achieve it is: Course of Action.
    However, when the course of action is missing then it turns to Bad Stress. The alarm of this stress keeps on ringing but never stops. The person who forgets to take an Action on steps which he had to take and then that Alarm continuously rings in his/her ears, and eventually, it turns to a Bad stress. As a result, that person gets trapped in this cycle and often feels more Stress in his/her life. Also, it’s really difficult to come out from this kind of stress. This makes you tired, more frustrated in life.

I emphasized on this point because nowadays this type of stress is more common especially among youngsters who just have started their families and careers. So, always take good stress and it should be realistic too!
