How to read a person’s mind in 10 minutes?
I know the topic looks quite fascinating, but it’s a difficult job to find out what’s going on in the next person’s mind. As we all know a human’s brain responds differently to every situation, sometimes it blooms like a butterfly, sometimes it feels neutral, and sometimes it speaks nothing and seems dumb. Moreover, there are hundreds of other moods which only a psychologist can determine. But, if you’re really interested to know what’s going on in your loved one’s mind, here are some of my observations that may work for you as well.
Always see into their eyes: ‘Eyes never lie, the more you go deep in them, the more you get to know about them’. A person who has the habit of lying his eyes always look around or blink. Moreover, the words do not match with the movement of his eyes. So, if you want to reveal something or know something about their hidden secret, looking at their eyes can give you some sort of an idea. For example, before proposing to your crush, ask a few genuine questions and look into their eyes, if she/he would try to hide or explain something, the eyes will definitely move, by this, you will get to know the real answers.
Less focused and fewer talks: Understand this attitude of your dear ones. When something is disturbing your partner, it is normal that they would not concentrate on other activities, and they may speak less than often. For instance, change in the voice tone not a balanced one, overeating, ignoring friends/parties and so on, these red signs are the common signals that your dear one is going through from some confusion or trouble in his/her life.
Notice non-verbal communication: It’s really normal to observe how your close ones walk, talk and look. Any change in these traits can tell you that there is something else happening behind your back. To relate, a close friend has changed his dressing style recently, but he wasn’t listening to you when you told him about fashion. From this, it can be assumed that he is trying to impress somebody or maybe he is dating somebody. If you notice some of the unusual changes, in this case, connect dots of their behaviour in your mind, and compare it with his/her previous behaviour. Definitely, you will get a clue without even having open communication with him/her.
Observe, Observe and Observe: The more you will observe, the more you will get to know. Do you know how my brother learnt video games? He used to observe my remote controller while I was playing, however, now, he is a pro in all types of video games, and he can beat me in seconds. So, here is the key, start observing things before making false thoughts in the mind. Furthermore, reading a person’s mind would only become a 10 minutes game when you will work on your observations for a few days. ‘To observe them carefully, clear your mind first, also don't assume anything on your own, and lastly, do meditation, this will help you to focus more’.
